collection management

to save other’s post
- click save this on every position
- fill the tags field (optional)
- see the basket of collection is increasing

to view collection
- click the basket to view list of tags and recent saved (main page)
- click on tags to view detail post

edit collection
user can edit any post by clicking the chosen link below the post
- click delete to delete (no confirmation)
- click edit to change tags

when users logged in:

- they always can see collection status in the dashboard
- next question: can user edit their post? can user see status of their posts?
